Marjan Stone, a fast growing company in San Diego has been a leader in the countertop business for 22 years servicing All San Diego County.
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative who is an experienced and independent individual to join our team . If you are Highly motivated and target driven sales person looking for a paid salary plus a high commission, position, This is what you are looking for.
We're only interested in talking to individuals with a strong work ethic who are self-motivated and are excellent at building relationships with commercial and residential accounts clients. While knowledge of the stone countertop industry is preferred, it is not a must requirement as training can be provided. Experience of general construction would be important to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform market research to find new customers
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales
- Find and visit new clients, such as cabinet shops, small and large contractors, Kitchen and bath designers, property managements, and builders of track homes and multifamily units, plus big box stores.
- create long-standing relations with new clients.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and in person meetings.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Skills:
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Highly motivated and closing new sales accounts driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers’ needs.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and sales related apps.
Payment options to choose from:
- Base Commission%
- Only Commission%: 5-12%
Expected amount paid per year $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
