Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support in a medical office or clinic setting.
- Assist with patient education by providing information on medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a medical assistant training program or certification from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic clinical procedures.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical office software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
