Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
- Use knife skills proficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation techniques
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but willingness to learn is valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
