What You’ll DoNew Patient Conversions & Scheduling
- Convert inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations
- Respond quickly and warmly to incoming leads and questions
- Build a strong, steady schedule that supports full plan-of-care completion
Insurance & Financial Coordination
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
- Explain coverage, deductibles, and copays with clarity and kindness
- Collect payments at check-in and check-out with professionalism
Case Management & Data Accuracy
- Enter and update all patient information accurately in the EMR
- Maintain complete and organized electronic charts
- Send timely updates and documentation to referring physicians and case managers
Front Office Operations
- Welcome and check in patients, creating a calm and efficient front desk
- Monitor the schedule and communicate with the clinical team throughout the day
- Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and improve compliance
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1 years of front desk, PCC, admin, or customer service experience (healthcare is a plus, not required)
- Communicate with clarity, kindness, and confidence, especially by phone
- Are comfortable using technology, including Google Workspace and CRM/lead systems
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
- Enjoy making calls, following up with leads, and helping people take action
- Love solving problems and making systems run smoothly

What’s In It for You
Pay: $17–$20/hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities Schedule: Part-time, hybrid
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (remote, phone-based)
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-clinic front desk)
- No weekends
