Store Assistant

The Experience

As a Store Assistant at Marissa Collections, you will:

• Support stylists in preparing for and executing client appointments, ensuring every detail enhances the client experience
• Maintain pristine fitting rooms and styling areas throughout the day
• Assist with hospitality elements, including refreshments and special client requests
• Coordinate dining reservations and concierge-style requests when needed
• Support visual merchandising and floor presentation standards
• Replenish merchandise and supplies to ensure the sales floor and back-of-house remain fully stocked
• Assist with store deliveries, transfers, and supply pickups (valid driver’s license required)
• Perform daily housekeeping and organization tasks to uphold luxury standards
• Provide flexible support across all areas of store operations

What You Bring

• 1 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A polished, professional presence and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability with scheduling and daily needs
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing and walking throughout the workday, as well as bending, reaching, and moving merchandise, supplies, and other materials as needed. The Store Assistant must be able to perform housekeeping and organizational tasks and move throughout multiple levels of the store. Use of stairs may be required when the elevator is unavailable.

The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
