Store Assistant
to help maintain the refined atmosphere our clients expect while supporting our stylists in delivering exceptional, world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist stylists in preparing for and executing client appointments, ensuring every detail—from merchandise selection to refreshments—enhances the client experience.
- Maintain a pristine store environment, including resetting and tidying fitting rooms after appointments.
- Coordinate dining reservations and other special requests for clients as needed.
- Manage store supplies, including ordering, deliveries, and pickups (valid driver's license required).
- Support visual merchandising efforts, including light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, glass and fixture care, dishwashing, and waste removal.
- Replenish merchandise and supplies to ensure the sales floor and back-of-house remain fully stocked.
- Provide flexible support across all areas of store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail and/or hospitality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Available to work 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Fluency in English required.
