Are you a luxury stylist with an eye for high-end fashion and a love of helping individuals claim their personal style? Do you have a proven track record of developing clients and/or relationships and offering exceptional experiences for those you serve?
We are adding stylists with an established clientele and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. Marissa Collections is looking for a detail oriented, multitasker who can communicate professionally. The Stylist will provide elevated, personalized relationship-based styling sessions for our clients. Luxury fashion/jewelry experience preferred.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through relationship-based selling techniques. Style customers from head-to-toe, including ready-to-wear, shoes, jewelry, handbags & other accessories.
- Develop and maintain a professional Instagram and other social media presences to promote your styling skills and the Marissa Collections’ brand.
- Attention to detail and follow through as needed.
- Engage with clients to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants. Assist in execution of trunk shows and in-store events.
- Communicate client feedback to Buyers.
- Follow merchandise guidelines in maintaining the floor and stockroom areas.
- Willingness to learn the merchandise, brands and product knowledge to better assist during styling appointments.

This is a commission-based position with a base draw. Total earnings vary depending on sales performance, with top stylists earning well above the posted range.
