Assistant Soccer Coach

Role Description

This is a contract role for an Assistant Soccer Coach. The position involves assisting the head coach with planning and conducting soccer training sessions, implementing game strategies, and mentoring players to improve performance and teamwork. The role is hybrid, based in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities for remote work as needed. Additionally, the Assistant Soccer Coach will collaborate with staff and maintain effective communication with players and their families.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Soccer Coaching and Football techniques
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Education and youth development programs
• Proficiency in coaching strategies and understanding of soccer fundamentals
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse group of players
• Relevant certifications such as coaching licenses or first aid qualifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a coaching or mentor capacity is highly desirable
