What You’ll Do

Drive Financial Excellence

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in full compliance with GAAP.
  • Provide deep insights into financial performance, helping uncover trends and opportunities that support smarter decisions.

Own Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Champion the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to build realistic, actionable budgets.
  • Forecast future performance and cash flow needs, keeping leadership informed with timely variance analysis and recommendations.

Ensure Integrity & Compliance

  • Design and maintain strong internal controls to protect assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Lead audit readiness, prepare required documentation, and manage relationships with external auditors.

Optimize Cash Flow

  • Manage cash flow strategy, including payables, receivables, and liquidity planning.
  • Keep the business agile and well-capitalized by forecasting needs and optimizing working capital.

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Mentor and empower a growing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Delegate effectively while maintaining clear oversight on all key financial processes.

Be a Strategic Business Partner

  • Deliver clear, actionable financial insights that support new initiatives, investments, and long-term goals.
  • Work side-by-side with senior leadership to assess opportunities and drive financial strategy.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
    • Advanced Excel skills and in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
    • Excellent communicator with a knack for making complex financial concepts easy to understand.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
