What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cosmetology Teacher position at MARION TECHNICAL COLLEGE?
The Cosmetology Program is a combination of theory and clinical experience that provides students with the knowledge needed to pass the licensure exam and with the skills needed to achieve gainful employment in the Florida State Board Cosmetology industry. Students acquire hands-on skills training through MTC’s on-campus learning lab/salon, which is open to the general public for services.
Required - State of Florida Nails Specialty Certification

Cosmetology Master Plan of Instruction
Haircutting and styling
- Chemical Texture and color services
