Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants in our inpatient rehabilitation unit
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Conduct regular assessments to ensure patient needs are met and goals are being achieved
Foster a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and providing guidance and support to staff members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care and service, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
Minimum 0 years of experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
