Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with meals, including feeding and hydration, as needed
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in resident activities and programs, promoting socialization and engagement
Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
Currently certified as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent required
