Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Organize and move vehicles to ensure the lot looks pristine and accessible.
- Vehicle Preparation: Wash, vacuum, and detail cars to "showroom ready" standards for customer delivery.
- Logistics Support: Run errands, pick up/drop off vehicles for service, and assist the sales team with moving cars for test drives.
- Lot Maintenance: Keep the dealership grounds clean, safe, and professional (sweeping, removing debris, and occasional snow removal).
- Check-ins: Inspect incoming vehicles for any transport damage and verify fuel levels/battery health.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must.
- Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work, rain or shine.
- Attention to Detail: You’re the person who notices a smudge on a window from 10 feet away.
- Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet most of the day and moving in and out of vehicles.
