Responsibilities
- Apply granular and liquid products to residential and commercial properties.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Diagnose and report lawn problems to management.
- At times assist in other areas of the business
- Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition through routine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping or construction equipment preferred.
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery used in outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred; ability to operate company vehicles may be required.
