We're Hiring: Pediatric Personal Service Workers!
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? We're actively seeking Pediatric Personal Service Workers to join our team and provide essential in-home care to pediatric participants in their private residences.
In this role, you'll offer vital, individualized support, helping participants maintain their independence and comfort at home.
What You'll Do:
- Provide routine individualized care to participants with disabilities.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing.
- Help with ambulation and transfers.
- Offer non-medical in-home support, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Transportation as needed per participant.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone with experience in home health or related fields (preferred, but not required).
- A positive and patient demeanor.
- The ability to build strong rapport with participants.
- The capability to handle a physical workload.
You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
