The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Floor Associate who is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. As the face of our stores, you’ll ensure every guest has a positive shopping experience while supporting the vital mission of Goodwill.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous manner (in person and by phone)
- Operate the register to process transactions accurately, including discounts
- Promote Goodwill’s “Change Round Up” program to fuel community impact
- Keep the checkout area and front of store clean and organized
- Bag and wrap merchandise with care
- Assist with merchandise displays, stocking, and returns to the sales floor
- Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns
- Contribute to store safety, security, and team goals
- Provide support in training new cashiers as needed

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
- Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
