What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training/ Human Resources Coordinator position at Marion-Dillon Disabilities and Special Needs?
Under general supervision, assists with development and implementation of the training program for Marion- Dillon County DSN Boards. Assists with HR duties as assigned.
Minimum Training and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Political Science or other closely related field with one-year experience in Training. Experience with staff development/training or professional human services experience required. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills. Valid Driver’s License from current state of residency.
Non-exempt, 37.5 hours per week. Work Hours- 8:30am -4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Hours may be flexed to accommodate work schedule.
Full-Time; Pay Band 4
