MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Member of the Oregon State Bar in good standing at the time of appointment; AND
- Five years of experience practicing law, with significant experience in labor and employment law including negotiation responsibilities; OR
- Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County.
- Public sector experience or representation preferred.

Salary : $129,667 - $173,659
