The Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities currently has a full-time Service & Support Administrator position available.Responsibilities:This position serves as a main point of contact for individuals and their team members and ensures participation in person-centered planning. Completes assessments, evaluations, and other required documents - uses information to develop, review, and revise Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Individual Budgets. Assists individual in the acquisition of resources and supports. Coordinates free choice of provider process for services described in the ISP. Acts as an advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families; assists them in representing themselves.Monitors the delivery of services and supports as defined in the ISP with regard to consistency and quality. Provides support to all eligible individuals with developmental disabilities through the 24-hour crisis line, as assigned within departmental on-call rotation. Makes immediate referrals in order to ensure health and safety of individuals.Maintains established productivity standards and completes case notes in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care. Implements HIPAA standards - maintains and updates individual files as appropriate and required.Completes and maintains required records, reports, and documentation. Maintains caseload as assigned.Qualifications:Must be eligible for SSA certification pursuant to OAC 5123:5-02.A minimum of a bachelor’s degree requiredMust possess a valid Ohio Driver's license and automobile insuranceAbility to work within a rotating scheduled 24 hour on-call availabilityAbility to maintain current First Aid and CPR CertificationMonday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., 12 months.
