Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Elementary Teacher based in Ocala, FL. The Certified Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines, assessing student learning, and fostering a positive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include communicating regularly with students, parents, and colleagues, managing classroom behavior, and tailoring instructional practices to meet diverse learning needs. Qualifications
- Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, and faculty
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction to enhance learning
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for diverse student populations
- Certified to teach in the state of Florida, with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Experience with differentiated instruction is highly advantageous
