Job Summary
This is a 1099 position. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic residential team. This is a two week paint job.
In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across a resident property. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality craftsmanship on every project. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results that meet client specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, caulking guns, and other equipment to apply paints.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven residential painting experience.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques including indoor and outdoor painting and restoration processes.
- Previous experience in painting with at least three references from prior jobs.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on site combined with excellent attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
