Pay: $80,000 – $150,000 annually (Commission Based)

What You'll Do:
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
- Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done.
- Learn product features and benefits.
- Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
- Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of residential HVAC service or installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and clearly explain recommendations to homeowners
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for building trust and delivering a five-star customer experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate customers on repair, replacement, and maintenance options
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate documentation
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and company standards
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
