Residential HVAC Service Technician - ACREE PLUMBING, AIR & ELECTRIC / SARASOTA BRANCH

Must have solid HVAC Service experience ( 3 Years in Residential Service ) 

Sign on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified proven technicians.

Location:  Sarasota FL

Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating weekends, on-call shifts

Will also run Demand Calls

Pay: Commission-based pay $85,000-$200,000

Are you an experienced HVAC TECH who checks these boxes? 

HVAC with minimum of 5 years experience. 

Knowledge of diagnostics and troubleshooting. 

Able to run Service demand calls as well as maintenances. 

A tech that is able to recommend repairs as well and potentially sell equipment. 

Service Titan experience is a must. 

Clean background, good Driving MVR Record, and able to pass a drug screen  - ability to drive a company vehicle is a must. 

Sales experience is encouraged. 

Tech must be able to work weekends as well as On-call shifts. 

Are you a Top Performer?  Tech must understand "performance pay" Program with Commission-based earnings

What You'll Do:

• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep the customer informed of what, when, and how you will be getting the job done.
• Learn product features and benefits.
• Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
• Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the vehicle for maximum efficiency.

Experience/ Education:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance or repair
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Compensation:

• $85,000 – $150,000 annually (Performance / Commission  Based)

• Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical - Residential Service
• Experience with Service Titan

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Exterior customer environment
• Must be able to lift ~50lbs
