Residential Electrician
Location: Sarasota, FL 34243
Schedule: Monday-Friday rotating weekends
Pay: Commission-based pay $80,000-$130,000
*Weekly minimum pay guarantee of $1,200 no matter the call volume!

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, panels, lighting, and other electrical components
- Ensure electrical systems meet all safety and code requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and answering questions
- Accurately document work orders, materials used, and recommendations
- Work closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and electrical troubleshooting expertise
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school a plus)
