Mario Badescu is seeking a TikTok Shop Operations & Affiliate Manager to own and scale our TikTok Shop business. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate programs, product setup, promotions, and performance optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and fulfillment to drive revenue through one of our fastest-growing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both TikTok culture and e-commerce operations and knows how to turn creator-led commerce into a scalable revenue stream.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify and recruit skincare-focused TikTok creators who align with our brand voice and target audience.
- Onboard creators into the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, providing guidance on product positioning, skincare education, and affiliate best practices.
- Build and maintain an active roster of skincare creators to support ongoing campaigns and product launches.
- Manage and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program
- Set commission structures, affiliate incentives, and campaign offers
- Track affiliate performance and optimize for conversion and ROI
- Set up and maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, bundles, and promotions
- Manage order flow, fulfillment coordination, cancellations, returns, and customer issues
- Monitor account health, compliance, and policy updates
- Troubleshoot operational issues and work with TikTok support as needed
Relationship Management
- Serve as the go-to contact for creators, talent managers, and agencies in the skincare vertical.
- Support creators in developing authentic skincare content — tutorials, reviews, routines, and before/after storytelling — that builds trust and drives conversions.
Performance & Strategy
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, click-through, and GMV.
- Analyze data to identify high-performing creators, optimize campaign performance, and scale winning strategies.
- Collaborate on affiliate campaigns that align with seasonal skincare needs (e.g., hydration in winter, SPF in summer) and hero product pushes.
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance and merchandising
- Support promotional calendars, flash sales, and TikTok-led moments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with e-commerce, brand marketing, and product education teams to ensure messaging consistency and product accuracy in creator content.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on creator and consumer insights from TikTok trends.
- Stay on top of the latest skincare ingredients, consumer conversations, and TikTok beauty trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, or affiliate management, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s affiliate ecosystem and the creator economy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage creator partnerships that drive measurable sales and brand visibility.
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Deep familiarity with skincare content trends, ingredients, and consumer behaviors on TikTok.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center (required)
- Experience managing affiliate or creator programs, preferably in beauty or CPG
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creators, and platform dynamics
Preferred:
- Experience working with skincare brands, beauty agencies, or TikTok Shop sellers.
- Existing relationships with skincare influencers, dermatologists, or esthetician creators.
- Passion for beauty, skincare education, and brand transparency.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other marketplaces
- Experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stages
- Prior experience working directly with creators or influencer agencies
