Marino’s MOB Burgers & Ice Cream | Downtown Prescott
We’re looking for dependable cooks who take pride in their food, work well with a team, and help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
Positions available:
- Full Time: 30–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 10–25 hours per week
- Seasonal: Events and holidays
Availability: Full-time cooks must have open availability and be able to work all shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, downtown square events, and holidays. Part-time and seasonal cooks must be available for their scheduled shifts, events, and holidays. We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous cooking experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Clean, neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Reliability and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
- Comfort working alone during some shifts and handling all kitchen duties, including food prep, cooking, dishes, restocking, and cleanup.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently.
- Attention to order details and modifications so every meal goes out accurate and complete.
- Efficiency while maintaining food quality and communicating with servers and fellow cooks.
- Initiative during slower periods to prep, clean, restock, and keep the kitchen organized.
- Ability to follow food safety procedures and thoroughly complete assigned opening and closing duties.
Pay: $15.15 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
