Marinko's Desserts is a raw, plant-based dessert company redefining the future of dessert experiences. We are seeking a top-level Sales Performer — someone with strong stage presence, natural magnetism, and the determination to capture attention.
Role: Farmers’ Market Sales Representative
Location: Malibu Farmers Market
Schedule: Sundays, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Selling exceptional plant-based desserts that are transforming the industry.
- Actively presenting samples and providing clear, persuasive product explanations.
- Being the center of energy at our booth — part entertainer, part salesperson — using authentic enthusiasm to draw in customers.
- Explaining the distinct advantages of our desserts with clarity and confidence.
- Actively attracting foot traffic and maintaining a lively, engaging booth throughout the day.
- Handling cash & card transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Deeply invested in organic, plant-based foods and their benefits.
- A natural entertainer — actor, presenter, performer — who thrives engaging with a crowd.
- Skilled at capturing attention and keeping people focused effortlessly.
- Able to stand 5–6 hours and work in different weather conditions.
- Driven, resilient, and unfazed by continuous customer interactions.
- Comfortable handling rejection while maintaining control and composure.
- Personable and dynamic, able to create a full experience rather than just a transaction.
- And, above all, you are passionate about clean eating and educating yourself and our customers about healthy nutrition.
