Lead Crisis Worker

THIS POSITION WILL BE 6PM-6AM as well as ONCALL

Job Analysis:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the administrator, helping to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes tasks such as managing resident information, handling communication, maintaining records, and assisting with daily operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist administrator in the day to day operation of the group home organization
• Responsible for day to day supervision of Anthony House Staff

C. May be involved in developing and implementing training material for staff

• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Assist in maintaining and organizing files
• Assisting with resident intakes and discharges
• Relaying information and messages accurately and promptly
• Assisting with maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Coordinate medications, completing all documentation with accuracy and in accordance with policies and procedures
• Meal Prep/Household planning
• Assists administrator with hiring, terminations, and annual reviews
• Completes crisis worker schedule
• Oversees and completes crisis worker time card approvals

N. Other responsibilities as assigned by the administrator.

Qualifications

• Be a minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma
• All required certifications needed under the WI DHS 89
• Two years of experience working with individuals with mental illness or substance abuse disorder along with previous supervisory roles
• Possess and maintain an insurance acceptable driver's license.
• Qualify under the Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27.

Additional Duties

• Work outside of normal hours when necessary
• Respond to/address calls and texts when assigned
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
