Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Leverage client and prospect data to uncover insights that inform growth strategies and strengthen client relationships.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards, performance metrics, and visualizations that bring clarity and focus to key initiatives.
- Evaluate the performance of strategic programs, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Partner across departments — from business development to client experience — ensuring growth initiatives are aligned, data-driven, and effectively executed.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, business strategy, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing reports within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with data and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a natural curiosity for uncovering insights and solving complex problems.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data systems and reporting tools; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for technology.
