What are the responsibilities and job description for the PMS 377 Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst, USN LPD, LHA Programs position at Marine Systems Corporation?

Summary: We provide waterfront support for the US Navy as a contractor for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PEO SHIPS PMS 377. This requires review, validation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Shipboard validation and verification during the construction process on all new and modified equipment after installation to ensure all ILS records (Including APL/AEL, technical manuals, and PMS) are accurate and reflect the as-built configuration.
Provide support in managing the technical manual process and services to PMS377 in support of the Technical Library function and configuration management program, as described hereafter.
Receive and file incoming drawings, ECNs, technical manuals, and other data maintained in the Technical Library.
Obtain drawings, ECNs, technical manuals, and other data maintained by the Technical Library as directed by the Government. Utilize Model-Based Product Systems (MBPS), contractual documentation, and Engineering Change documents/technical manuals as reference data.
Load data in the Government maintained Technical Manual database, inventory technical manuals, and generate reports from the database as required.
Process and review applicable Shipbuilder Contractor Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) for PMS impact and report results to PMS377 / Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Gulf Coast (SSGC).
Support the Government's review of engineering systems’ technical data, engineering drawings, technical manuals, ILS data, ILS Checklists, and configuration baseline documentation to determine the changes required to update requirements and assist in establishing the new baseline specified by contract, contract specifications, engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Conduct a review of each ship’s configuration baseline requirements derived from the Shipbuilder’s contract specifications, drawings, technical manuals, and other related engineering, technical, and logistic support data. Component, equipment, or part availability shall be researched and verified. The Naval Supply System, In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), and Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARM) shall be queried to identify potential sources for engineering systems’ parts support or component replacement. Conduct research to validate price, unit of issue, cognizance code, and National Stock Number (NSN), and related information to support ship systems’ testing or installation to the established contract schedule.
Qualifications
Prior experience with USN LPD Platform and Auxiliary Test and Evaluation is a plus.
ACAT Level I LPD/LHA program experience of at least 7 years is preferred.
Navy Class A/C school experience is preferred.

Secret clearance
Administration
Ability to utilize MS Office Products
