Marine Service Technician
Job Summary-
Marine Service Technician for Marine Sales and Service. Marine Sales and Service provides all the service needs for members of our sister company, the South Shore Marina. Marine Sales and Service has a service shop in Pueblo West and performs work at the South Shore Marina on Lake Pueblo. Our company works on all vessel types-power boats and sailboats along with most powertrain systems, inboards, outboards, I/O, along with other vessel system, air conditioning, water systems and generators. We also perform other maintenance needs such as haul outs, launching, and towing. We have a unique position to provide excellent customer service to an established client base through out the year and have the opportunity to work on several different vessel types. We will do whatever it takes to keep South Shore Marina members happy and on the water.
Responsibilities-
Customer service and satisfaction is the number one responsibility. Every task and job is important to maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

- Diagnose vessel and customer concerns
- Repair vessel issues
- Communicate needed repairs and parts to manager
- Accurately estimate labor time
- Time Management-use time effectively to complete repairs
- Adaptability-Able to work on several projects, move from one project to another, work in changing weather conditions
- Problem Solving-able to solve repair issues effectively
- Ownership-accountable for quality of work
- Able to complete other marina needs as assigned-dock repair, trailer repair, customer service
Qualifications-
- Marine Background-experience around boats and the water
- Mechanical Background-any type on engine or automotive repair
- Customer Service-Experience working with customers
- Motivated and self-driven individual
- Must have basic tool set-to complete basic repairs
- Must have Valid Drivers License
- Must have own transportation-will work at the South Shore Marina and Service Shop in Pueblo West
- Able to work in team environment and work alone
- We are willing to train motivated individual
Salary depends on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
