What are the responsibilities and job description for the WSGS GEOLOGIC DATA TECHNICIAN position at Marine Resource Management Program - Oregon State University?
Fall quarter is Sept 9 – Dec 18th, ~3 field trips (~ 24 hrs max) per week, schedules will be released a month in advance. Some responsibilities include educating 4th grade students in salmon ecology during field trips, leading educational stations emphasizing macroinvertebrates, native plants, and water quality; practicing group management and youth engagement, working collaboratively as a group of three interns and Education Coordinator, and supporting additional NSEA programming efforts.
