Job Description

We are looking for seasonal team members that bring a premier customer service experience to our customers this holiday season. This is an integral part of our business that helps to create a successful experience for all key stakeholders.

Scope

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive shopping experience
• Process sales transactions using the POS system
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to answer customer questions
• Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and stocking new merchandise
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in accordance with store policy
• Operate fitting rooms, assist with sizing, and provide styling suggestions when applicable
• Collaborate with core team members to ensure smooth store operations during high-traffic times
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s key product franchises

Qualifications

You should know the brand, like the brand and represent the company in an authentic way. As a member of the design team, your fashion sense and trend awareness should be on point.
