Position: Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator – Entry Level
Location: Accurate Marine Environmental, LLC. | Portsmouth, VA
Job Type: Full-Time | Growth Opportunity
What You'll Do:
Assist in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment systems
Monitor equipment, collect data, and support safe, compliant plant performance
Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and light maintenance
Learn and apply best practices in water treatment under experienced supervision
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in a related field (maintenance, mechanical, utilities, construction, etc.)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments
Must be able to obtain a TWIC badge (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
High school diploma or GED required
