Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot marine vessel systems using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on boats, engines, and related equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assemble marine electrical systems with precision.
- Diagnose and repair general marine systems and components.
- Utilize online tracking system for completing repair orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with all service work performed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician in marine environments or related mechanical fields is highly preferred.
- Strong electrical experience with knowledge of wiring systems, schematics, and troubleshooting electrical faults.
- Ability to diagnose is a plus.
- Experience in DC/AC rigging and marine electronics installations are a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and organization/time management.
