Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join Marine Concepts Team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, relocate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Customers track systems and boat covers.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues with installation Equipment including vehicles, Tools, and others.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of their boat track system cover and hardware.
- Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with maintenance practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to analyze problems and find logical solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
