Experienced Auto Detailer

We're hiring an experienced auto detailer who can hit the ground running from day one. This is a role for a skilled professional who already knows the craft—we're not looking to train from scratch. What You'll Do
- Perform multi-stage paint corrections to remove swirls, scratches, and imperfections
- Apply ceramic coatings to manufacturer and shop standards
- Complete full interior details, including deep cleaning, conditioning, and restoration
- Prep, wash, and finish vehicles to a consistently high standard
- Inspect your own work and hold it to a professional finish before hand-off
What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience with paint correction, ceramic coating application, and interior detailing (this role requires you to already be proficient—no training provided)
- A dedicated, thorough approach with strong attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality—you show up on time, every time
- A driven, self-motivated work ethic and pride in excellent results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and handling detailing equipment throughout a shift
