- Provide physiotherapy treatments including trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Engage in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients from hospital to home or community settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR systems.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and preventive measures.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology relevant to the field.
Skills
