Trademark Attorney - 5 Years of Experience
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a trademark associate for its Intellectual Property practice in New York, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Raleigh, Winston Salem, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Menlo Park. The salary range for this position is between $280k to $350k.
Qualifications
- 5 years of significant brand management experience, including managing large global trademark portfolios and developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs.
- Extensive experience in conducting and managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance.
- Experience handling TTAB proceedings is a plus but not required.
- Strong academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
