Trademark Associate
Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate for its New York or Boston offices. The salary range for this position is between $245k to $360k.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement.
- Experience preparing and filing trademark applications and responding to office actions.
- Experience assisting in U.S. and foreign portfolio management, corresponding with foreign counsel.
- Experience with oppositions and cancellations with the TTAB and preparing cease and desist letters.
- Strong public presentation skills, article writing, and active marketing skills.
- Strong academics and excellent interpersonal skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
