Political Law Associate
Our client, a reputable top AmLaw 150 firm, is seeking a motivated and experienced Political Law Associate to join its Political Law practice group in Washington, D.C. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in political law, preferably in a law firm or in-house counsel capacity.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Active bar license in D.C. or ability to waive in immediately
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant political law experience
- Knowledge of and experience with the Foreign Agents Registration Act and similar laws, federal, state, and local campaign finance laws and lobbying rules
- Experience with state and federal pay-to-play laws
- Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent academic credentials
