IP Copyright Transactional Associate
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a senior level associate for its IP Copyright Team in New York, Washington, DC, San Francisco, Menlo Park, and Los Angeles offices. This is a transactional position. The salary range for this role is between $390k to $435k.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, with a preference for copyright transactions.
- Experience in IP licensing, tech transactions or entertainment deals.
- Familiarity with music, entertainment, and/or content industries is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Outstanding contract negotiation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
