IP Copyright Transactional Associate
Our client is a global Am law 100 firm, seeking a transactional associate for its renowned Copyright practice in New York, San Francisco, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and Silicon Valley offices. This position is working within the music, entertainment, and content space. The salary for this position starts at $310k .
Qualifications
- 4 years of substantial transactional experience including drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including technology transactions and IP licensing.
- Prior entertainment, music or media experience is a plus [although not required].
- Excellent academic credentials are required.
- Prior large law firm experience is a strong plus.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
