Midlevel Capital Markets Associate - Princeton
Our client is a major international law firm, seeking a corporate associate for its Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice in Princeton. The salary range for this position is between $225,000 to $435,000.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of large law firm experience in advising publicly traded companies on federal securities laws, public and private securities offerings, stock exchange listings and compliance, and general corporate governance matters.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Experience with venture finance transactions and/or M&A.
- New Jersey bar admission required.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
