Commercial Litigation Associate – Philadelphia
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Philadelphia.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Active bar license in Pennsylvania required, or ability to waive in
- 4–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or through a clerkship
- Experience in complex litigation, including case management, drafting pleadings and briefs, discovery, and oral advocacy in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels
- Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail required
- Strong academic credentials required
