About the Opportunity
Creative Dimensions in Dentistry has served the Castro Valley community since 1967. We're an established, full-service general practice with a loyal patient base, a tenured clinical team and a culture built on doing things right... not fast.
We're planning ahead. One of our long-standing dentists is transitioning to retirement at the end of 2026 and we want to be thoughtful about who steps into her chair. This is a 2-day-per-week position beginning January 2027... and we're starting the search now because the right fit matters more to us than a quick hire.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for a dentist who is winding down toward retirement and wants a meaningful, low-pressure place to spend their final years in practice - or a dentist who values quality over volume and wants to grow steadily with a team that will invest in them.
You won't be thrown into a production grinder. You'll inherit a warm, established patient base and work alongside a clinical team that takes pride in the care they deliver.
The dentist we're replacing built a distinguished career here: UCSF-trained, decades of clinical and academic experience, beloved by patients. We're not looking to replace her exactly. We're looking for someone with their own depth and identity who wants to carry that standard forward.
What You Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Comfort with the full scope of general dentistry (restorative, crowns, extractions, endo, restoring implants)
- A calm, patient-centered chairside manner
- Someone who leads by example, communicates openly and genuinely enjoys people
