We are seeking an experienced On-Site Maintenance Technician for a 63-unit residential condominium community in Lynn Haven. The ideal candidate is a reliable, self-motivated “jack-of-all-trades” who can work independently.

What You'll Do
- Perform day-to-day building and property maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors, fixtures, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain hallways, lobbies, common areas, trash areas, and exterior spaces
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Work with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
- Assist with occasional emergency maintenance needs
- Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance areas clean and organized
The Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong “jack-of-all-trades” with practical repair skills
- Previous experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, handyman work, or a skilled trade preferred
- Professional and courteous when interacting with homeowners
- Able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
***PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE***
Able to work typical daytime hours. Occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency response may be required.
