Role Description
This part-time on-site role of Program Leader is based in either San Rafael, Ross Valley, or Novato.
Responsibilities include program planning, participant engagement, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also involves supervising participants, maintaining program safety, and providing exceptional customer service to meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications
- Experience in Youth Development
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with participants, team members, and the community
- Customer Service skills to provide positive experiences and address the needs of participants effectively
- Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a community-focused or non-profit setting, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to program management or first aid are advantageous
