What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the full MDS/RAI process in accordance with federal and state guidelines
- Accurately complete assessments, care plans, and documentation
- Collaborate with IDT members to ensure individualized, resident-centered care
- Monitor compliance, quality measures, and reimbursement accuracy
- Provide education and support to staff regarding MDS processes and updates
- Work closely with administration and clinical leadership on audits, reporting, and workflow improvement
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current California license
- MDS/RAI experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong understanding of PDPM, care planning, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
