Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the MDS/RAI process in compliance with federal and California state regulations
- Complete accurate MDS assessments, care plans, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to ensure individualized, resident-centered care
- Monitor and improve quality measures, reimbursement accuracy, and compliance standards
- Provide training and guidance to nursing staff on MDS processes and updates
- Partner with leadership on audits, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives
- Active California RN or LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of MDS/RAI experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of PDPM, care planning, and CMS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $130,000 annually
