We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a positive experience. Your role will involve in person, phone and email interactions, making excellent communication skills essential.

Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels including cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicles to customers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of available stock
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end customer service.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
